Our products are made on demand. Orders will normally take between 7-21 business days to arrive. We also offer a priority option at checkout which ensures that we process and dispatch your order first.

Most 'out of stock' products are unlikely to return back in stock.
We constantly improve our designs to keep you up to date with the latest trends. In most cases, if an item is out of stock, it will be replaced by a newer design.
However, due to popular demand, some products may return back in stock, so be sure to subscribe and stay tuned for exclusive deals and updates.
You should receive your order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
If you cannot find the confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order, please get in contact with us and we will double check that your details are correct and resend you the confirmation email.
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.
Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll offer you an exchange or a refund.
Once your request is approved, we aim to process your refund within 24 hours. Please allow up to 14 days until your balance is fully cleared with your bank.
If you did not receive your refund after 14 days, please drop us a note and we will be happy to look into solving this matter for you.
