We accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of delivery, or 14 days of delivery for sale items.

Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received, including the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees on all returns or exchanges. Please ensure to use a tracked shipping method.

To request a return/exchange, email us at your digital receipt or proof of purchase and the details for the products to be returned.

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we will refund it, or exchange it for free.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24 hours. Please allow up to 14 days until your balance is fully cleared with your bank.
